These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platforms operated by Shortlist Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), including immvi, BrokVi, AgentsVi, SettleVi, and PanelVi. By using our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Description

Our platforms are matching services that connect consumers with licensed professionals. We provide free eligibility calculators, facilitate introductions, and enable professionals to submit proposals. We are not a professional services firm and do not provide immigration, legal, financial, mortgage, or real estate advice.

2. Consumer Terms

3. Professional Terms

4. Unclaimed Profiles

We create professional profiles using information sourced from publicly available professional registers (e.g., OMARA, MFAA, Law Society registers). These unclaimed profiles display publicly available information only. Professionals can claim their profile by verifying their identity and licence, or request removal by contacting us at help@visia.com.au.

5. Fees and Payments

6. Refund Policy

If a professional does not contact the consumer within 48 hours of being selected, the consumer may request that we re-match them with an alternative professional, and the original professional may receive a refund of the connection fee at our discretion. Refund requests should be directed to help@visia.com.au.

7. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

Our calculators, tools, and content are provided as general guides only. They do not constitute immigration, legal, financial, mortgage, real estate, or any other form of professional advice. You should always seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances. We are not liable for any decisions made based on calculator results or platform content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, calculators, and branding on our platforms are the intellectual property of Shortlist Group Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platforms. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our platforms, and we are not responsible for the actions, services, or advice of professionals listed on our platforms.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or poses a risk to other users of our platform.

11. Governing Law

For Australian users, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For users in other jurisdictions, these Terms are governed by the laws of the user's respective country to the extent required by local consumer protection laws.
